TOBACCO-FREE/SMOKE-FREE CAMPUS



As a policy, the South Walton Fire District (SWFD) enforces the Tobacco-Free/Smoke-Free designation on all of our properties. The use of tobacco (smoke, smokeless, including e-cigarettes) is prohibited on any of the SWFD properties. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors and visitors to any of the SWFD buildings, facilities, or property owned and operated by SWFD.

Prohibited tobacco products include, but are not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, hookah-smoke products, oral tobacco and including e-cigarettes or any type of product containing, made or derived from tobacco. This policy excludes any product that has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for sale as a tobacco cessation product, or for other medical purposes

Signs have been placed throughout each of our facilities to remind our guests on the properties. Visitors, contractors or vendors may be asked to leave the premises if they do not comply with this policy.
