Honoring our commitment to a safer beach environment in our community, the SWFD Beach Safety Division offers the Junior Lifeguard program for kids between the ages 9 -16. This yearly program provides a fun, dynamic setting where students can learn important safety skills to prevent injury and the loss of life in marine environments.
Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. The first 60 applicants per class (June or July) who pass their swim test will become participants in the SWFD Junior Lifeguard Program.
