A. Fire Life/Safety Review Fees
1. Building Plans Review less than 5,000 sq. ft $270.00
2. Each additional square foot over 5,000 sq. ft. $0.02
3. Building plan revisions 1/4 of total fee
4. Remodel/interior/exterior addition up to 100 sq. ft. $20.50
5. Each additional square foot over 100 sq. ft. $0.10
6. Site plan reviews (Technical Review) up to 4 reviews $270.00
7. Site plan reviews (5 or more reviews) $70.00 per review
8. Temporary Buildings, Construction trailers $81.00
9. Event Tents in excess of 400 square feet $70.00 per tent
10. Mobile Food Vendors $70.00
11. Sprinkler Plans Review (Per floor/up to 49 heads) $170.00
12. Additional sprinkler heads greater than 50 per floor $ 0.35 each
13. Standpipe (each) $101.00
14. Fire Alarm Plans Review (per floor) $170.00
15. Underground Fire Line up to 100 ft $101.00
16. Fire line each additional 100 ft $35.00
17. Fire Pumps $81.00
18. Fire Suppression other than Sprinkler (Hood) $110.00
Plan Review Fees shall be due at the time of plans submittal and shall be paid on a separate check from the SWFD Impact Fees.
SECTION 2. - Schedule of Fees for Inspections
A. Fire Life/ Safety Inspections
Initial Inspection No Charge
1st Re Inspection/All Violations Passed No Charge
1st Re-Inspection/Any Violations Failed $ 25.00
2nd Re-Inspection/Any Violations Failed $ 50.00
3rd Re-Inspection/Any Violations Failed $100.00
4th Re-Inspection/Any Violations Failed $250.00
Any inspections after the fourth re-inspection will be charged at a rate double the previously charged fee.
Fire Life/Safety Review Fees include one (1) rough in inspection and one (1) final inspection at no charge. Re-inspections shall be charged as indicated below
B. Certificate of Occupancy Inspection (CO)
Initial CO Inspection No Charge
2nd CO Inspection $ 30.00
Any inspections after the first will be charged at a rate double the previously charged fee.
C. Certificate of Completion Inspection (CC)
Initial CC Inspection No Charge
2nd CC Inspection $30.00
Any inspections after the first will be charged at a rate double the previously charged fee.
