To include an informal hearing on a claimant’s request for disability pension..
All meetings will be held at SWFD Station 3/Headquarters, 911 N County Highway 393, Santa Rosa Beach FL 32459 unless otherwise notified by posting a change of location.
Any person(s) who wish to be placed on the agenda must contact Carole Martin at cmartin@swfd.org within fifteen (15) days of any meeting and provide the name of the person who will be speaking and the subject to be addressed.
